Wisconsin Caregiver Academy supports assisted living providers and caregivers in multiple ways to ensure residents receive quality and compassionate care. Our courses have been approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the Bureau of Assisted Living and the Division of Quality Assurance.
Trainers
We offer DHS-approved Train-the-Trainer courses, enabling providers to internally train entry-level caregivers cost-effectively.
Caregivers
We provide training for entry-level caregivers and specialized healthcare growth courses, all approved by Wisconsin DHS.
Administrators
We offer assisted living administrators Train-the-Trainer, caregiver, client group and task-based training, ensuring high-quality resident care.

Assurance of Quality
Train-the-Trainer courses, developed and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Bureau of Assisted Living and the Division of Quality Assurance, offer an opportunity for individuals to become approved as Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) instructors.
Easy Renewal
Once you become a state-approved instructor, you will need to renew your instructor status every two years. We offer the necessary continuing education courses online, which can be completed at your own pace in the comfort of your own office or facility.
Signaling Expertise
We provide exclusive university digital badges that benefit employee and employer, validating a critical skillset or job-ready competency. Digital badges can be shared on resumes, websites and social media.
Geriatric Health
Certificate
Redefine healthy aging.
With life expectancy increasing, older people will soon outnumber children. Help redefine healthy aging with an online, accelerated six-week noncredit certificate program. Four courses plus one elective. Awards a digital badge.
