Making an
Entrance

Not just replacing, but reinventing.

With this new building, we're meeting the needs not just of the University, but also our community. The new Cofrin Technology and Education Center innovates new ways of learning, conducting research, working and collaborating. More than a building, this structure creates a new heart for the campus, commanding the space between the Weidner for Performing Arts and Rose Hall that forms the lawn, boulevard and circle of Main Entrance Drive.

UWGb's Front Door

"If you've been on our campus, you'll notice we don't really have a traditional university quad, a way you can see all the academic buildings, the way students can easily navigate where they're going, this change will give us that. It will really make the Cofrin Technology and Education Center the front door of the university in a really clear and obvious way.”

Chancellor Michael Alexander
