What is the instructor dashboard?

The Instructor Dashboard is a one stop shop for instructors. This is where you will find the instructor guidelines and training checklist, where you will apply to be an instructor, renew your instructor approval, and enter classes you teach. Navigate this new feature and all it offers by using the instructor dashboard user guide (NEED LINK).

Per the instructor guidelines, you must keep copies of both the tests and roster for a minimum of 2 years.

How do I enter a class?

A step-by-step video has been created to walk you through entering a class on the instructor dashboard. Watch the video.

Instructors must enter and pay for classes within 10 business days of when the class was taught. If an error was made when entering the class and/or participants, please contact us at registry@uwgb.edu.

Where can I find the curriculum?

Once you are an approved instructor you will access the curriculum and all training materials through your instructor dashboard. To ensure you are using the most updated version of the curriculum, download the curriculum from the dashboard before each class.

What is acceptable continuing education for renewal?

Videos must be at least 30 minutes in length and you must submit documentation with a link to the video and a brief description on how it related to the subject. Reading materials must be from a reputable source.
