Why does the Registry exist?

The Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry is a web-based, centralized and publicly accessible registry that approves, stores and maintains data records of required training for caregivers and instructors, in accordance with Department of Health Services (DHS) administrative code (DH 83) for Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF). State-mandated training includes Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking, and Medication Administration and Management.

We are going 2D in 2025!

You asked for a more interactive learner experience, and we heard you.

After a successful pilot with test instructors and students, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with a virtual reality company to bring 2D technology to our four state-mandated CBRF training courses: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking and Medication Administration and Management. Stay tuned for more details.
