Our online portal is an easy way to pay your parking ticket. 

Search for your ticket to view images associated with your parking citations and also pay all tickets online. All unresolved fine increases by $10 starting on day 14 and an additional $15 if remaining unpaid 30 days after issuance. If you do not see the appeal option after you find your ticket, you are past the 14 day period of appeal.

Fine Amounts

We have a three-tier system based on the severity of the violation and disruption it causes on campus. You can appeal the ticket within 14 calendar days from the date the citation was issued. Make an Appeal

  • Plate not displayed to travel lane

  • Virtual permit fraud
  • Snow emergency
  • Permit restricted spaces
  • Intentionally providing inaccurate or fraudulent information during the permit process.

  • Illegally parked in a disabled zone

Unresolved Citations

Failure to resolve citations may result in one or more of the following:

  • Suspension of the vehicle registration by the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Refusal of services, including resignations or licenses, to ALL registered owners of vehicle.
  • Administrative hold being placed on students’ academic records, vehicle registration services or driver's licenses services.
  • Balance collection through the use of a collection agency at owner's expense .
  • Balance collection conducted through WI Dept. of Revenue Tax Intercept program.
  • Vehicle being towed from campus, at owner’s expense.
  • Suspension or denial of future parking privileges.

All unresolved citations will INCREASE in the amount due the longer they are outstanding and may result in further administrative action. 

Two Ways to Pay

University Police, security officers and parking attendants are responsible for the enforcement of parking regulations on University Lands. Vehicles parked in violation of campus regulations, UWS Code and/or state statutes will be cited and penalties will be assessed for violations. No payments can be made at the office of Public Safety.

Student Billing

Cash and check payments can be made at Student Billing Resources located in Student Services 1300. They are open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
