Guests

Check out the rules for parking for guests so you can avoid tickets.

1 Park in the Studio Arts Lot

Overnight guests who park during the hours of 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. ARE REQUIRED to park in the Studio Arts lot. This restriction is in place due to parking capacity issues in some of the smaller housing lots and to allow our student residents to park as close to their assigned apartments as possible.

2 Register with the Office of Residence Life

The Office of Residence Life has overnight guests registrations requirements in place that assist with Parking enforcement, but are a registration separate. Please follow those processes as well as paying for parking.

3 Pay for Parking

Non-Permit holders must pay for their parking. See options available for hourly, daily and semester permits. Registering your guest with Housing and Residential education DOES NOT allow for free parking.

4 Don't Add Guests to Permit Account

Permit Holders, DO NOT ADD your guest's license plate information to your parking permit account unless that will be the only car using parking services at that time. Two or more vehicles using a single virtual permit is NOT allowed.
