Generative AI Use
To gain efficiency in web content maintenance and curation, the UW-Green Bay web team uses generative AI tools. We use these AI engines for various tasks such as brainstorming ideas, creating content outlines, and suggesting better ways to rewrite text. Before publishing, we always review the AI-generated content for accuracy and readability. Additionally, we use generative background fill in Adobe Photoshop to adjust photos that don’t fit the required crop and size proportions. We carefully review content to ensure the authenticity of the original photo subject and composition is preserved. This practice aligns with UW-Green Bay’s Generative AI Policy.
