Nutrition and dietetics is an exciting, growing field which uses food as medicine to promote health and prevent and heal disease throughout the lifespan. You'll study nutrients at the molecular level, analyze current nutrition research, learn how to educate the public and solidify culinary skills.

Accelerate Your Career
With our accelerated option, eligible students can save time and money by earning graduate credit as an undergraduate. You'll take four required graduate courses while an undergraduate which count toward both the bachelor's and master's degrees. Plus, you'll take these courses at the cost of undergraduate tuition, which helps you save money. If you choose to continue your education at UW-Green Bay, you can complete the entire program (a bachelor’s, master’s and eligibility to earn the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential) in 5.5 years or less!
