Five sessions are required to complete the certificate.

Your classes will be live online with Zoom and offline learning work.

Essential Courses

Become a confident and effective leader.

Led by experienced professionals, each course involves engaging discussions, interactive activities, and opportunities to reflect and apply learnings to real life scenarios. Courses are hosted live via Zoom and approximately 30 minutes of offline learning work. Courses are offered ala carte—take one or more to bolster experience and improve promotability. Your choice of five sessions earn a certificate.

Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence

Influence Without Authority

Karen Lancelle is Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, U.S. She joined Schreiber in 2000. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. In the community, Karen is an active member on the Freedom House Ministries Board, the Marquette University Supply Chain Advisory Board and is also an advisory board member for the Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership at UW-Green Bay.

Pa Lee earned her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies.
