Contribute to a Brighter Future
Your support will inspire future generations of women leaders.
The Schreiber Institute for Women's Leadership at UW-Green Bay seeks to fulfill critical needs in the region and contribute to a robust, more broadly engaged and representative professional workforce. Our mission is to expand transformational leadership skills as women seek career progression or transition into executive roles.
Private Gifts Drive Success
The University's fiscal stability results from the proper use of tuition income and general-purpose funds from the state which are sufficient to provide classrooms, faculty and educational infrastructure but little else.
Earned income does not provide an ample enough supply of funds for investing in new programs like the Institute. Philanthropy from individuals, foundations and corporations provide the critical margin of excellence for the Institute through donor-advised funds.
Creating Impact
The Institute is already creating impact by:
- Creating an engaged individual and business membership
- Coordinating and hosting a number of networking series including "Women Rising: Stories from Experience," and "Rising Together: Caffeinated Conversations
- Conducting valuable local market research
- Pioneering programs and events that advance woman
Long-Term Goals
The goal of the Institute is to obtain annual operating funds and endorsed funds for long-term financial stability. Earnings from endowments provide long-term, consistently reliable streams of dollars to support the Institute's operations, its people and its programming.
- Annual Operating Funds
- Endowed Lectureship
- Endowed Institute General Fund
- Endowed Directorship
