Each connection point is designed to lead you closer to tangible results and understanding. It’s a collaborative environment that will help you advance your agenda, not merely learn concepts you can apply “when you have the time.” Now is the time.

Mini-Retreat/ Workshop

September 24, 9-11:30 a.m.

Beginning in September 2024, we will kick things off with an in-person mini-retreat/workshop. 4 Hours.

  • Build rapport with your cohort
  • Establish expectations and agreements within the cohort
  • Clarify the vision for life and business
  • Establish goals and outcomes for the program
  • Focus on balance and taking care of yourself

Virtual Sessions

October 2024-May 2025
3rd or 4th Tuesday of the Month
9-11 a.m.

Beginning in October, we'll meet virtually for two hours, once per month. The cohort will collaborate to support each other to maximize impact in the weeks between sessions.

  • Learn and practice session topic
  • Spotlight coaching on challenges you are facing now
  • Hold mastermind conversation sharing goals, achievements and challenges

Group Work

October 2024-April 2025
Dates Subject to Groups

Between virtual sessions, the cohort will meet monthly in subgroups of 3-4. Groups will switch every three months to give everyone a chance to connect with each person on a more personal level. Group sessions are highly encouraged, although not mandatory.

  • Get to know each other outside the sessions. This is a community of support: fielding questions and concerns, bouncing ideas off each other, networking and adding accountability.
  • Meet autonomously. Subgroups may operate as they wish. Suggestions will be provided to maximize impact.

1:1 Coaching

October 2024-April 2025
Dates Subject to Pre-Arrangement

Each participant will have a monthly 1:1 coaching session with Honor Jensen, a professional certified coach, for individualized support in achieving your professional and personal best. These sessions will be held virtually. 

Closing Event

An in-person event to mark the conclusion of the mastermind cohort coaching.

How to Apply

To foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and confidentiality, participants will be selected based on their commitment to the group and a set of common goals that avoids competition.

2. Conversation

After your application is processed, a follow-up conversation will be scheduled with the Institute's Executive Director. 

3. Agreement

If it's a good fit, you will be asked to sign an agreement, and the onboarding process can begin, leading up to the mini-retreat.
