Bodyweight Strength Workouts
Follow along through a series of virtual strength exercise classes. All exercises use your body weight for resistance, so no weights or equipment are needed. Each session is a previously recorded live event. They begin with a dynamic stretching warm-up, close with cool-down stretches, and last about a half hour.
1: Butts & Guts

In this Butts and Guts style class we'll work your glutes, hamstrings and abs. Follow along as we alternate between strengthening exercises and core sequences, ensuring a balanced and effective workout. We'll finish with some cool-down stretches to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. Let's get started!
2: Intro to Tabata

Join us for a dynamic half-hour workout where you'll learn about tabata interval training! This session provides a full-body workout with exercises for legs, upper body, cardio and core.
3: Full-Body Workout

In this class, you'll engage in a comprehensive routine targeting both the upper and lower body with a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Make sure you have a bench or chair nearby for triceps dips.
4: Full-Body Circuit

This workout includes a full-body circuit targeting legs, chest and triceps. Before you get started, find something you can use for step-up exercises, like a sturdy chair or step and have an empty wall nearby that you can use for wall-sit isometric holds.
5: Legs, Glutes & Core

Join Alex for an invigorating bodyweight strength workout focused on legs, glutes and core. The main workout comprises timed intervals of exercises paired in sets, ensuring a challenging full-body workout.
6: Full-Body Workout

7: Glutes & Intervals

8: Card Game Exercise Challenge

Let's do the Card Game Exercise Challenge! In this dynamic and engaging workout, we'll be using a deck of cards app to randomly select our exercises and repetitions. The suit determines the exercise (sumo squat, push-up, triceps dip, jump squat), and the number determines how many repetitions.
