From the recycled tire rubber of the weight-training floor, to the elevated walking track and cardio deck upstairs—and even to the depths of the pool—there's a world of workout options to you to meet your mood, your energy level and your fitness goals.

Weight Training Floor

Our weight training floor boasts a complete line of free weights, plate-loaded machines and cable stations. Target every muscle group and sculpt your ideal physique with our diverse equipment selection.

How to Lift Weights

Cardio Deck

Get your heart pumping and blood flowing on our extensive cardio deck. We have treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines and more. Stay entertained while you cardio train with a bank of video screens and high-speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the facility.

Indoor Track

Challenge yourself! Twelve laps equal a mile on our 440-foot, 3-lane indoor track. The elevated track overlooks the weight floor and is lined by windows that provide gorgeous views of the arboretum. Perfect for running, jogging, or walking—this shock-absorbing track is easy on your joints. Stay active year-round, regardless of the conditions outside.

The upstairs functional training area is a versatile space where you to engage in a wide range of exercises and stretches. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance your endurance, this area is equipped to support your fitness journey. Available equipment includes:

Climbing Tower

It's impossible to miss the 28-foot climbing tower in the Kress Fitness Center. This tower offers over 800 square feet, with six climbing stations, each with their own unique routes. For safety, the tower has set operational hours and climbing policies.

Group Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio is where most of our group exercise classes like aerobics, yoga, body sculpting and more are held. Our spacious studio features a mirror wall, ensuring you can easily check your form and have maximum visibility of the instructor. The hardwood floor provides the perfect surface for Zumba and cardio dance workouts, while integrated speakers deliver high-quality sound to keep you motivated. Convenient storage cubbies are available for you to store your belongings during your workout.
