From intense battle royale showdowns to laid-back Animal Crossing sessions, we've got a controller with your name on it. Our community is all-inclusive, offering both high-stakes competitive play and chill gaming with online buddies. So, are you geared up to join our vibrant esports scene? Drop In

Stop in the Esports Lounge, and a staff member will get you started. All you need is your University ID. The Lounge is in University Union 109B, on the lower level of the University Union, next to the Phoenix Club.

Tryouts are held each semester for weekly competitive league play. We currently offer teams for Valorant, Rocket League, Overwatch 2, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and League of Legends.

The lounge includes 18 top-of-the-line PCs and two Nintendo Switches. Games include Fortnite, Overwatch, League of Legends, Roblox, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. and more. Whether you’re playing solo or with friends, the lounge is all about enhancing your personal gaming experience.

Esports Lounge Guidelines

Treat staff, equipment and other users with respect. This means:

  • No abusive language or behavior, such as yelling, threats, bullying, harassment or intimidation.
  • Use the equipment in the Esports Lounge carefully and only as intended. Users are responsible for repair or replacement of misused equipment.
  • Players are welcome to bring their own keyboards, mice and headsets to use in the Lounge, but please reset the Lounge’s equipment when you are finished.
  • No food or drink is allowed in the Lounge except lidded water bottles.
  • Do not use the computers for any other purpose besides gaming (no YouTube, Twitch, web browsing, etc). Please do not download games or software.
  • Computers may be reserved for group rentals at certain times. If you receive a message that your PC will be in use during the time you intend to play, please plan to use a different machine.

Esports Lounge staff have final discretion in enforcing these guidelines and applying disciplinary actions, including asking users to leave the space and/or extended suspensions from the Esports Lounge.
