Whether it’s a late-night question or a quick check-in during the day, Phlash is here for you 24/7. And yep, Phlash might hit you up during the semester—but don’t wait around! You can text 1-833-740-0667 anytime or reply to Phlash's welcome message to get started. Pro tip: Save that number in your contacts!

Phlash Checks In
Phlash will check in with you to understand how you are doing and if you are facing any challenges throughout the semester. Based on your need, Phlash will connect you with information, resources or staff available to help you at UW-Green Bay.
For Immediate Help
You don't need to wait for Phlash to text you; you can reach out at any time! This means that Phlash responds 24/7 to any of your questions about UW-Green Bay. From "How do I apply for scholarships?" to "What are the hours of the counseling center?", you'll get answers immediately - no lines or appointments needed.
International Students
As an international student, you will need to have a domestic phone number in SIS to get Phlash the AI Bot's help finding resources and information. If you already have a domestic phone number, please be sure that is your number is SIS. If you don't, you can get one using a service like Google Voice. Once you have a domestic phone number, update your phone number in SIS.
Opting Out
Phlash would hate to see you go, but if you don't want to interact with the AI bot, you can choose to not respond or can opt-out of receiving future texts by replying STOP.
Opting Back In
If you still have a text from Plash on your phone, you can simply reply START or UNSTOP to opt in again. If you no longer have the texts, text START to 1-833-740-0667.
