Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate the diverse histories, cultures, and contributions of AAPI communities. While the traditional observance of AAPI Heritage Month takes place in May, at UW-Green Bay, we celebrate it earlier in the year with a range of engaging events.

Culinary Class
Join us for a culinary class with Chef Robert Thao, owner of Big Belly Deli, as he teaches how to make the Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich. Learn about the history of the dish and the unique influences of Southeast Asian cultures on Hmong cuisine.
