Strengthen Mental Performance
Help clients achieve the perfect balance between brain and body.
More and more, the world is recognizing the importance of a healthy mind as well as a healthy body in the sporting and performance world. With a master’s degree in sport, exercise and performance psychology (SEPP), you’ll help athletes, actors, musicians and more master psychological skills so they can improve both their performance and their mental health and well-being.
Admissions
No need to be a former athlete or psychology major – what’s important is a passion to enhance mental performance.
Careers
Just as a personal trainer strengthens athletes' muscles, you’ll strengthen mental skills for performers of all kinds.

"The best thing about the SEPP program is the variety of opportunities, and the freedom to create opportunities aligning with your interests. Being able to have internship placements and research projects that will help advance your career while still being in school is extremely helpful in this field."
