Request Attendance

Thank you for encouraging your students to come to the Science Study Lounge (SSL)! If you are an instructor or professor requesting attendance records to give credit to students, please fill out the fields below. Please submit your attendence request at least 1 week prior to finals for the requested semester attendance. If you have any questions regarding the SSL, please direct them to the SSL Coordinator Zachary Nordstrom (nordzm25@uwgb.edu).

Please note that if students do not list your course when they sign in, we will be unable to include their attendance records.
