Safety, Risk & Compliance
The UW-Green Bay Safety, Risk and Compliance Operational Area (“SRC”) is committed to developing a culture where safety, health and compliance are practiced throughout all levels of the University.  We're here to provide consultations to facilitate the University’s mission of research, teaching and service.
SRC strives to foster partnerships with faculty, students, and staff to recognize risk and empower them to learn and work safely. Working with our partners to minimize injury, environmental impact, and regulatory risks is one of the functions of this team. We continually assess program development, information and training, consultation, and periodic reviews of practices to ensure compliance with regulations and University policy.
The University complies with federal and state laws to protect and safeguard human rights through Executive Order 54, Title IX & Clery Act and our Ethics Committee functions.  Our Risk Management program provides guidance how to Report Incidents & Concerns, Vehicle Use on University Business, Worker's Compensation, and Youth Protection.
