Leslie Russell Raduenz, 70,ended his brave 2 year battle against ALS. Les passed away peacefully at home on April 1st 2017 in Punta Gorda, FL. Les was born on December 13th, 1946 to the late Lyle and Lucile (Bull) Raduenz. 

He spent his childhood in Manitowoc, WI and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1969. Les worked for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for 32 years. Les and Barbara were married in 2003. They enjoyed spending time with friends and family in Wisconsin and Florida and were most happy sailing the waters of Green Bay and Door County, to the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida Keys. 

He was a constant seeker of knowledge and an intelligent, driven craftsman, who was always starting (and occasionally finishing) various projects with his many sailboats and German sports cars. Les had a lifelong love of sailing and was an accomplished sailboat racer. He was a true inspiration to everyone who knew him and a great man.

Les leaves behind his wife, Barbara; his son, Tyler (Jennifer) Raduenz and their 2 sons, Emerson and Ryker; his son, Joel (Chrissy) Raduenz; his stepdaughter, Melissa Hucek (significant other, Roy Vivian); his stepson, Andrew (Mary) Miller; his brother, Roger (Laura) Raduenz; his sister, Beth (Steve)Bridges and their 2 children; his sister, Pam (Dale) Fogelstrom and their son.

A Celebration of his Life will at the UWGB Student Union-Phoenix Room 4pm-6pm, 2420 Nicolet Dr. Green Bay, WI 54311 on May 6, 2017.
