Fields of Interest:
I have been faculty at UW Green Bay since August 2021. I am a retired Army Nurse with over 27 years of nursing experience, to include medical-surgical nursing, pediatric nursing, teaching in a licensed practical nurse program, and research. I have been in various leadership positions to include the nurse manager of a pediatric unit, a nurse manager of a medical/telemetry unit, and a chief for centers for nursing science and clinically inquiry.
I have mentored staff nurses and clinical nurse specialists in the development and implementation of quality improvement and evidence based practice projects. I also conducted and mentored other in the conduct of research. My area of research interest is the nursing work environment.
