18+ Years of
history
Preparing advanced-level change agents.
The UW-Green Bay Master of Social Work Program originated in fall of 2003 as a collaborative effort with UW-Oshkosh. In 2015, UW-Green Bay launched its solo program. The MSW program has maintained consistent accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) throughout those years and has successfully prepared hundreds of advanced level social workers for practice throughout northeast Wisconsin and beyond.
Knowledge is Power
We provide upskilling, reskilling and new skilling.
When it comes time to earn continuing education, remember that UW-Green Bay is accredited by the state of Wisconsin to deliver eligible courses for social workers and other licensed therapists.
Ethics & Boundaries
We provide high-quality and accessible classes that provide a framework for ethical decision-making and a best practice model to address boundary-related issues.
Special Topics
We develop courses that address the many factors that might influence the client relationship, including grief, trauma, end of life, mental health and distinct client groups.
