“Tracy Reiss is Senior Vice President of Transportation for KBX Logistics. Tracy began her career with Koch in 2012, leading transportation technology innovation teams within Georgia-Pacific and KBX Logistics prior to starting and leading KBX Technology Solutions in January 2021 and then moving into the Senior Vice President of Transportation role in 2023. While Tracy is passionate about all things tech and transportation, she is most fulfilled when working with and leading teams to create value and crush goals.

Prior to joining Koch, she led operations and technology teams at large transportation and logistics organizations.

Tracy received a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where she swam on the Division 1 swim team as a scholarship athlete, competing primarily in the 1650 (66 laps). Tracy now lives in a small town just outside of Green Bay, WI with her husband, three children, and two Sheepadoodles. While she is very passionate and animated about her work, away from work she enjoys more low-key activities like jigsaw puzzles, reading, time in nature, and dinner with close friends. Always on the lookout for personal and professional development opportunities, Tracy recently developed an obsession with podcasts. Currently Brene Brown is topping her most listened to list, closely followed by Tim Ferris and anything featuring Jim Collins.”
