Driving Innovation & Efficiency: Generative AI Use

To gain efficiency in creating content , the UW-Green Bay marketing and communications team leverages generative AI tools. These tools assist us in brainstorming ideas, developing content outlines, and refining text for better clarity and impact. Before publishing, we review AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, readability and voice. We use generative AI tools in Adobe Creative Cloud like background fill in Photoshop to adjust images that need resizing and cropping while maintaining the authenticity of the original subject and composition. Our practices are in compliance with UW-Green Bay’s Generative AI Policy.
