Request Course Reserves

The Library will discontinue course reserves at the end of the Spring 2025 semester. While items can still be added for the Spring 2025 semester, they will be removed at the end of the semester. Please contact Stephanie Alvey (alveys@uwgb.edu) if you have any questions.

What Can I Put On Reserve?

Instructors can put physical items on reserve at the Library. Both personal and library items can be placed on reserve. Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot place materials from other libraries on reserve. Instructors should post electronic readings to their Canvas course. For Canvas information, contact CATL.

How Do I Submit My Reserves List?

Complete the Faculty Reserve Request Form and it will be sent to circdept@uwgb.edu. It is important to accurately complete the form to avoid delays in processing reserve materials.
