When tutoring isn't available:

- See your course instructor during their office hours. Instructors hold office hours specifically to meet with students and want to assist you!
- Check out our list of Student Resources that can help you with academic skills, writing skills, and ways to improve your content knowledge in specific subjects.
- If your course struggles are related to test performance, difficulty with note-taking or textbook reading, or other important academic skills consider trying Academic Success Coaching.
Study Buddies
If a tutor isn't available for your course, start a study group with people in your class. You can use the Navigate Student App "Study Buddies" feature to get connected with other students who would like to study in a group.
- Select "Study Buddies" from the home screen
- Select which courses you'd like to join the Study Buddies group for
- Confirm that you want to join the group for that class
- Once other students join the group, email them to set up study groups, trade notes, etc.
Need a space for your group to meet? Check out the Library's Study Spaces!
