HelioCampus Dashboards

HelioCampus helps colleges and universities measure and evaluate their effectiveness in fulfilling their mission. UW-Green Bay has partnered with HelioCampus to connect admissions, enrollment, and financial aid data to gain visibility across the student lifecycle so that UW-Green Bay can identify areas of opportunity to improve yield, persistence, and retention.  In addition to the data models that HelioCampus is providing to analyze the student lifecycle, this engagement has allowed UW-Green Bay’s data to be better structured to do cross functional analysis.

The following Dashboards have restricted access.  If you would like permission to view them please complete a Data Request Form.  You must complete the General HelioCampus Dashboard training before permission is granted.

The following Dashboards were developed by HelioCampus and intended for use in strategic planning.  For official data or operational data please see the OISE homepage.

  • Admissions - Information about students who applied, were admitted, and enrolled. Also contains Admit and Yield rates. Data is from SIS and updated at the end of every term.
  • Enrollment - Information about students who have enrolled in courses.  Data is from SIS and updated at the end of every term.
  • Completions - Information about students who have graduated.  Data is from SIS and updated at the end of every term.
  • Financial Aid - Information about financial aid that has been offered, accepted, and distributed to students. Data is from SIS and updated at the end of every term.
