Research: My research interests focus on how the proliferation of pseudoscience impacts pedagogy in the classroom and on consumer products. With independent study projects (semester-long or year-long), we test the components of consumer products containing essential oils, terpenes and other organic compounds. I also research, develop and use Open Educational Resources (OERs) in the classroom.
