Housing and Residential Education provides a variety of services both online via the UW-Green Bay Housing Hub portal and in-person through the service desk and office located in the Hendrickson Community Center.
Services & Amenities
Your housing includes great services and amenities, like free laundry, 24/7 staff, maintenance support, high-speed internet and streaming HDTV.
Service Desk
Our general information desk can help you with any questions you may have. You can call or stop in the Hendrickson Community Center and trained staff will assist you.
Free Laundry
When you live on campus, you have access to free laundry facilities in your building. There's even an app that you can use to monitor when machines are in use or available.
Mailroom
Receive mail and packages to your campus box in the lower level of the Hendrickson Community Center.
Furnishings
All our on-campus living spaces are fully furnished. Find out more about what's available and how to junior loft or bunk your beds.
Submit a Work Order
Do you have a leaky sink? Or a window that won't open? Log in to the housing hub to fill out and submit a work order. Our maintenance staff will come to make the repair. If you have an urgent issue requiring immediate attention, please call the housing service desk.

Streaming HDTV Service
Watch over 200 channels of high-definition TV and an array on-demand shows and movies anywhere on campus with our SpectrumU TV service. You bring your own device and can use it with your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer, Apple TV, Chromecast, or Roku devices.
Housing Staff Support
Between trained student employees and full-time professional staff, you'll get the support you need. And our maintenance staff ensure everything works like it should.
