You can choose from residence hall rooms, shared bedroom apartments, and private bedroom apartments. All living spaces at UW-Green Bay include streaming HDTV (over 200 channels and on-demand movies and shows), high-speed internet, free laundry, and a private bathroom and shower in every room.
*Some students will be required to have a meal plan. Housing rates are estimates. Price reflects the 2024-25 academic year.

You're not required to live on campus at UW-Green Bay. But, if you choose to live on campus, you'll have access to many great benefits and unique opportunities.

Things to Know
There's lots to be aware of when it comes to living on campus. The good news is that you don't have to know about it all at once. If you live on campus, you'll receive communication from the Office of Housing and Residential Education with timely information. Rules & Procedures
When you live on campus, you're part of a community. These rules and procedures help keep everything operating smoothly and safely. They help to ensure everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
Roommate Agreement
Take the time to talk with your roommate right away and complete a roommate agreement. It will help make sure you're on the same page and provide a basis to resolve any conflicts should they arise.
Room Selection
Each year you have the opportunity to select your room and roommate(s) for the fall. We call this process room selection. Find out more!
Housing Contract
Your housing contract outlines the terms and conditions of your living on campus. It's an agreement that ensures a safe, comfortable and respectful living environment for all residents.
Breaks & Summer
If you need to stay on campus during semester breaks and summer months, we have options for you! And, you don't have to be a student to live on campus in the summer.
