Safely, securely and swiftly.
When you need to send us any documents, please keep them electronically secure by sending them through our secure upload portal.
Before uploading documents, please do the following:
- Ensure all forms are complete and contain handwritten signatures, if requested. Typing a name as an "electronic signature" does not satisfy requirements.
- Name files with the student's last name, UW-Green Bay Campus ID, and a brief document description
(eg: Phoenix_0000000_StudentW2) - Monitor your campus email in case we need any additional documentation or clarification.
- Watch Student Information System (SIS) for a "To Do List" item to clear within one week if an item is satisfying a verification request.
