Expand Your Experience

Opportunities to apply your knowledge give you a leg up in your career.

College isn’t just about grades–it’s also about the skills and practical experience you build in order to succeed in the workforce. In fact, 91% of employers surveyed by the Association of American Colleges and Universities said these experiences are vital to career success. Our ABET accredited Mechanical Engineering Technology program emphasizes hands-on learning. You'll apply concepts learned in lectures on course projects and test them on laboratory experiments. In your senior year capstone class, you’ll collaborate with local companies on industry projects. Plus, our partnerships with community organizations give you better access to internship, co-op and job opportunities in the region.
