Cohort Timeline

Each cohort starts in the fall semester and continues for 17 months with an expected graduation date in May of the year after. The program consists of 6 sessions of 10 weeks, with 2 courses in each session. There are 3 sessions per academic year, and you'll have summers off. The program is a hybrid format meeting on few selected days in-person and the remaining time online at your own pace.

  • Disruptive Innovation: learn how to creatively approach the subjects of ideas instigation, business opportunity need identification and the development of suitable business models within the knowledge-driven, digital, global economy.  
  • Financial Management: valuation lies at the intersection of corporate strategy and finance. The course covers different valuation approaches and their application in measuring and managing firm value.
Courses
  • Artificial Intelligence & Technological Advances: AI is taking the world by storm. Learn how organizations can leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and technological advances to shape and implement strategic and operational changes.
  • The Path to Sustainability: making green and going green aren't opposite dichotomies. This course provides an overarching understanding of sustainability, the relationship between business decisions and sustainability and the reasons why each business decision must be evaluated in term of economic, environmental and social performances.

  • Alternative Futures & Strategic Foresights: How will new breakthroughs, changing technologies and cutting-edge innovations impact business. Apply strategic foresight and enable your organization to reframe preferences and expectations for the future. 
  • Culture as a Competitive Advantage: people stay in roles for a variety of reasons. Part of that stems from company culture. In this course, you'll understand the value of the statement "culture eats strategy for breakfast" and then create initiatives to ensure culture drives ongoing performance and becomes a source of competitive advantage.

  • Purpose Driven Leadership: explore leadership imperatives and competencies that are necessary to act on business challenges and drive both personal and organizational success in a competitive business environment. 
  • The Learning Organization: the course begins with Senge's 5th Discipline, which states that learning organizations depend upon the mastery of five dimensions: systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, building shared vision and team learning.
Courses
  • Critical Thinking Beyond Business As Usual: business does not happen in a vacuum. This course will move your critical thinking focus from a discipline-specific way of thinking to a more integrated exploration of how disciplines work together and impact one another. 
  • The Exponential Enterprise & Abundance: this course provides a perspective on learning the dynamic nature of global supply chains, developing a sustainable supply chain management strategy and aligning it with the organizational strategy.
Courses
  • Creating Brand Value: build, manage and protect your brand. Specific areas covered include brand equity, brand value, forming customer relationships around a brand, as well as creating and sustaining brand loyalty.
  • Evidence-Based Decision Making: Today, many organizations fail to capitalize on existing knowledge available in management research or even in their organization’s own wealth of data. This course explores organizational decision-making based on evidence-based management.
