David Radosevich
David Radosevich is an associate professor of management for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. He received his B.A. in psychology from Western Maryland College in 1994 and his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 1999.
Dr. Radosevich has taught a wide variety of both graduate and undergraduate classes in leadership development, organizational change, team development, organizational behavior, human resource management, research methods, statistics, and psychology. He was also invited to be a member of the UW-Green Bay Teaching Scholars program.
In terms of research, Dr. Radosevich is primarily interested in how individuals strive for goals over time and how individual difference variables influence individuals' motivational processes. Further, he examines the impact of technology in the classroom on student learning and satisfaction. He has published in journals such as: Journal of Applied Psychology, Seoul Journal of Business, International Journal of Business Research, Review of Business Research, and Innovate.
Dr. Radosevich serves on several committees, most notably as a member on the Founding Board for the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (IEI) as well as the committee for Environmental Management & Business Institute (EMBI).
Finally, Dr. Radosevich serves as a consultant to in the area of executive assessment, selection, training, needs assessment, and performance management. He has consulted with several companies, including Wal-Mart, Schering Plough, New York State Police, Bell Atlantic, and Developmental Dimensions International, where he has assessed leaders from several Fortune 500 firms.
