Our Disc Golf and DISC Strengths Assessment combination lets business professionals develop trust, communication and collaboration skills—all while learning the basics of this popular outdoor sport.

Preview the Disc + DISC Experience
We invite supervisors, managers and HR professionals to join us for an orientation day at minimal cost to get a preview of the disc + DISC experience and how you might customize. Attendance at orientation day includes disc golf instructions, lunch, DISC Strengths Assessment and Q&A.

A Day of Discovery & Bonding
We can help you plan, schedule and host a day of discovery and bonding for your team. Ideal for professionals at all levels, this disc + DISC team-building day will inspire your employees to improve collaboration and productivity in the workplace. Pricing will depend on the number of participants and type of business. Please contact Melissa Betke, Program Specialist, at betkem@uwgb.edu for dates, availability and options for creating your custom day of disc + DISC team-building.
Preparation: Wear or bring comfortable clothes, walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses and water bottle.

We can host your team-building day at any of our locations in Green Bay, Manitowoc or Sheboygan.
Intro to Disc Golf
8:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. or 12:45-4 p.m.
Learn the fundamentals of disc golf from seasoned players and play a few holes together enjoying nature and the beauty of our local disc golf courses. Enjoy a round of disc golf with challenges designed to test teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. The activities encourage each team member to leverage their strengths, recognize others’, and work together for success. Learn about the Shorewood Disc Golf Course.
Lunch
11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
A casual lunch will be provided.
DISC Strengths Assessment
12:45-4 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m.
Engaging assessment to uncover each participant's unique strengths and how they contribute to the team’s success. There will also be time to reflect and connect with a facilitated discussion on applying team members’ strengths to workplace situations, building on the bonds created during the experience.
