Experiencing issues with Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura or other tools in UW-Green Bay’s Digital Learning Environment (DLE)? Troubleshooting Tips

If you’re not seeing an outage listed on the status page, try these basic troubleshooting steps. You can also explore the UWGB KnowledgeBase for helpful documents or contact the GBIT Service Desk for technical help. 

  1. Check Your Login Credentials – Make sure you’re using the correct email and password. If you can't remember your UWGB login, you may need to reset your password.
  2. Test Another UWGB Login – Try logging into another UW-Green Bay service, like your email, to verify whether it’s a general login issue.
  3. Clear Cache & Restart Browser – Sometimes clearing your browser cache, cookies or restarting the browser can resolve access issues. How to clear your browser cache and cookies.
  4. Restart Your Device – A simple restart can often fix temporary connection or software issues.
