The first level of support for UWBI is the UW-Green Bay campus. All issues and questions should be reported to GBIT. A ticket will be created and sent to the UWBI support team at UW-Green Bay.

UW-System UWBI Support Team

UW-System Outages

The UWBI software is installed on servers at UW-System. There may be system wide outages that can have an effect on the performance and stability of UWBI. Please check the status of the system wide outages: http://outages.doit.wisc.edu/
