Course Description

This self-paced course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the essential functions, roles, and best practices for mobile crisis response. You'll gain valuable insights into trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, telehealth applications, harm reduction strategies and the critical role of peer support in crisis situations. Through interactive modules, this course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively respond to crises, ensuring safety and support for individuals in need. Concepts outlined in this training will be expanded upon in the 6 live trainings that are part of the Mobile Crisis Response Team training series.
