Jessica Delzer
Jessica is the Director of the Behavioral Health Training Partnership at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. Prior to working at the BHTP, she was employed for 12 years at a county human services department. While working in the county system, she provided crisis intervention services directly, worked closely with the court system through Chapters 51, 54, and 55, and managed behavioral health services, which included Outpatient mental health and substance use services, Crisis Intervention, Adult Protective Services, Coordinated Services Team, Comprehensive Community Services, and intermittent management of the Community Support Program.
Jessica is also a trained Family Court Mediator, and provided mediation services for almost 4 years. Additionally, she serves on the Community Services Advisory Committee for Shawano County.
