Final Report Form
As a recipient of an award from the Research Council, you are required to submit a final report no later than the date indicated in your award letter. The final report form is a word document that you will need to download to complete. Using this form, please describe how the funds were used and tangible project outcomes. Send the completed report to the Research Council at rcgrants@uwgb.edu.
