Frank’s Tribute is unlike any other tribute review. Combining songs from incredible vocalists and comedy bits like only Frank Hermans and crew could provide, it’s a night you won’t soon forget. We look at the humorous side of some of the top artists of decades past. 

Featured artists include Elvis Presley portrayed by Frank Hermans; Reba McEntire portrayed by Amy Riemer; Barbra Streisand portrayed by Lisa Borley; Karen Carpenter portrayed by Kasey Schumacher; Neil Diamond portrayed by Paul Evansen; Adele portrayed by Sarah Galati; George Jones portrayed by Mike Hermans. Kelly Klaus provides sound mixing, and lighting design is by Ross Loining. If you're lucky, you might even see a rare appearance by Cher! The performance features the band that won “Best of the Bay” for several years, the Frank’s Tribute All-Star Band. The musicians include Andrew Klaus on drums, Pat Hibbard on bass, Tony Pilz on keys and John Singer on guitar.

This performance is sure to have you laughing in the aisles and wowing at the uncanny likeness! Plus, Frank’s Tribute may have a few surprises for you with this show!

Fantastic Mr. Fox is about three farmers, Boggis, Bunce and Bean, who are losing food to Mr. Fox and his family. The three farmers dig after Mr. Fox and trap him until he outsmarts them and digs tunnels sideways to the farms. He steals food and cider from the farmers and has a great feast with all the other animals. The animals then decide to stay underground and use the tunnels for food while the farmers forever wait outside the hole.

Love Letters is a tribute to the unmodern. The two-character play by A.R. Gurney from 1989, explores a years-long relationship between an affluent man and woman through the voluminous amount of hand-written letters they send to each other by regular mail. Both from affluent, East Coast families, the friends communicate with each other through angst-ridden boarding school experiences, European adventures, failed marriages and the ups and downs of career. Over the course of their lives, their relationship goes through many changes. Despite some painful differences, they remain each other’s most trusted confidante, and are “true lovers” on paper, if not on the earth. Love Letters is a tender, tragi-comic and nuanced examination of the shared nostalgia, missed opportunities and deep closeness of two lifelong, complicated friends. While spanning five decades and numerous locations, it is a simple production that lets the actors' words describe a world of emotion.

The first musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice to be produced for the professional stage, Jesus Christ Superstar has wowed audiences for over 50 years. This rock opera is set against the backdrop of an extraordinary and universally known series of events but seen, unusually, through the eyes of Judas Iscariot. Loosely based on the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, Superstar follows the last week of Jesus Christ’s life. The story, told entirely through song, explores the personal relationships and struggles between Jesus, Judas, Mary Magdalene, his disciples, his followers and the Roman Empire.

Davey Allen is a versatile songwriter, musician and artist. His work is deeply rooted in the vast American songbook. Allen has played music professionally for the past 20 years, the last 6 with Davey and The Midnights. The band formed on the west-side of Los Angeles, California in 2017. The group immediately set out to establish themselves as one of the hardest working Americana bands in Southern California. They’ve toured up and down the Western US coast, the deserts of the Southwest, the Rocky Mountains, the cornfields of the Midwest and through the musical heartland of the US South. Since 2021, the band has called Indianapolis, Indiana home.

Davey and the Midnights have shared the stage with acts such as Kelsey Waldon, Dale Watson, Jesse Daniel, Nikki Lane, TK and the Holy Know-Nothings, the Cordovas, Cristina Vane, Chris Pierce, Rob Leines and Izaak Opatz. Their emotionally charged, high energy performances are not to be missed. Davey has also toured extensively as a solo artist and as keyboardist for rock hall of famer Eric Burdon. In addition, he has toured as a member of the San Francisco rock band The Stone Foxes. Davey is an advocate of many social causes and has previously donated a portion of his album sales to the Dolores Huerta Foundation and the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Cultural Center. Free Admission.

Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.
