Pamperin Hall Staff
Each floor of Pamperin Hall has a Resident Mentor (RM), a trained student who lives in the building and oversees about 30 students each. Their primary role is to help develop community on your floor or wing, but they also are trained in peer guidance, leadership development, crisis intervention and establishing community standards. Duty Staff
In the evening and on weekends, select Resident Mentors (RMs) are on duty to handle your after-hours needs and concerns. Roy Downham Hall has an assigned pair of RMs that oversee nearby buildings* each night. Resident Mentors are on duty from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on school nights and 9 p.m. to 3 a.m Friday and Saturday. During these times you can reach RM staff at the following duty numbers.

About Keith A. Pamperin
Keith A. Pamperin, is a 1970 UW-Green Bay graduate in urban analysis who has been instrumental in the development of student housing at his alma mater. Pamperin served 38 years with the Green Bay/Brown County planning departments, retiring recently as housing administrator for the Green Bay and Brown County Housing Authorities. His professional involvement helped facilitate Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonding for the nonprofit University Village Housing, Inc. (UVHI) to finance and develop UW-Green Bay's on-campus residence halls.
As a student, Pamperin lived in one of the first apartment buildings on campus. A longtime advocate for UW-Green Bay, Pamperin received the Alumni Association's Distinguished Alumni Award in 1994. He was a founding member of the Association and is a member of its Past Presidents Council. He served on the University Board of visitors, chairing the Board in 1972-73, and is a member of the UW-Green Bay Cornerstone Society and UVHI Board of Directors.
The three-story, 52,000-square-foot Keith A. Pamperin Hall, with 32 apartment units housing 126 students, brought the capacity of UW-Green Bay's Residence Life complex to about 2,100.
About Sue Keihn
Located on the first floor of the Keith Pamperin Hall, the Sue Keihn Living and Learning Center provides a meeting and gathering place to promote collaboration and community learning, special events and activities, and small group meetings.
Sue Keihn had a 34-year career in student affairs including 14 years as Dean of Students at UW-Green Bay. Friends and former colleagues mentioned her positive, uplifting spirit, her ability to multi-task and stay ahead of trends and mostly, her passion for putting students first.
