Celebrate 2027 brings together leaders and experts across the region to learn and engage with one another. In addition to networking opportunities, you'll hear from keynote speaker Brittany Hodak. Her framework "Creating Superfans" teaches you how genuine connection leads to lifelong advocates for your brand.

The Institute is a partnership of university and community leaders, committed to solving the region's leadership gap that impacts our shared economic well-being. The Institute is driven by women and allies who recognize that there is a cost to overlooking women and who advocate for giving women the tools they need to succeed and advance.
Circle of Inspiration
Our founding members will connect the next generation of women leaders to the women already leading in Northeast Wisconsin. They leverage the power of their networks to support women who are building careers and lives in the region. More than 5,000 women have been impacted by the Institute. The Circle is going to expand that reach further.
