Looking for a fun and motivating workout with the energy of a group setting? We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes, from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and pilates.

The Kress Events Center boasts a state-of-the-art gym with everything you need: cardio, weight training, an indoor track and more!
Personal Training
Take your fitness journey to the next level with personalized guidance from a certified UREC Personal Trainer. They'll create a customized workout plan and provide ongoing coaching to help you achieve your goals (additional fees apply).
Workout Library
Can't make it to the gym? No problem! Our on-demand library offers virtual yoga and bodyweight strength classes, as well as at-home workout options with exercise demos and mini-band workout routines.
