Read the Cooperating Teacher Handbook
Evaluation Materials
Complete two formal evaluations on your student teacher for every nine-week placement followed by a conference with the student teacher.
Upon completion of the placement, you are also asked to complete a licensure recommendation form. Once the form is submitted, the student teaching coordinator will automatically receive the evaluation, and you will be emailed a copy. Please forward a copy to your student teacher for as well.

The following handbook is a guide to assist UWGB University Supervisors in the supervisory role.
Evaluation Materials
In addition to two formal evaluations on your student teacher for every nine-week placement followed by a conference with the student teacher, you are also asked to complete a licensure recommendation form.
Once the form is submitted, you will automatically receive the evaluation, and the cooperating teacher will be emailed a copy. Please forward a copy to your student teacher as well. We also ask you to write a letter of recommendation for student teachers if appropriate.
