Originally founded in 1972, Good Times Programming is a group of student leaders who are charged with creating positive experiences that engage, enlighten and entertain. We strive to provide opportunities for every student to participate in programs that promote learning and exploration, fun and happiness and school spirit within a vibrant and inclusive campus community.

Trinity Robinette

General Manager - Trinity Robinette

"My name is Trinity Robinette. I am a second-year psychology student, and I enjoy reading and spending time with my pets. I am the general manager, and work one on one with programmers to help them plan events."

This programmer leads the Good Times Programming team and therefore must understand teamwork and group dynamics. The General Manager supports the programmers, oversees the internal communication of the organization, and serves as a representative to other organizations. The General Manager displays professionalism and confidence, and possesses programming, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Mya Van Buren

Innovative Sounds - Mya VanBuren

"I'm Mya Van Buren. I am a first-year student at UWGB, and I took on the role of innovative sounds at GTP. I am planning on majoring in pre-veterinary medicine."

Mya provides a wide variety of musical entertainment. She finds music ahead of the trend and outside of the norm, while still following the mainstream trends in music, such as music on the radio and in the limelight now. Innovative Sounds opens up the world of music in new and exciting ways by bringing a variety of groups and bands.

Celise Jones

Cultures & Communities - Celise Jones

"I am currently in my junior year. I am majoring in nursing and minoring in psychology. I started the Good Times program towards the end of last year to transition as the communities and cultures programmer for Good Times Programming. I am excited to help plan events for the student body and be a part of this organization. One of my favorite Good Times programs was probably the end-of-year celebration last year because students had a good time and saw the teamwork that our organization gets to do for the students, especially during a stressful time. Can't wait to see the students enjoy this year's event."

Programming for this position involves the presentation of discussions, debates, or performances that the bring people together to explore important social issues related to identity, community, and the world. This coordinator coordinates workshops, speakers, and artists as well as collaborates with the Pride Center on the annual Drag Show.

Aidan Merck

Sports, Rec & Travel - Aidan Merck

"My name is Aidan and I'm a senior psychology major here at UWGB. I like DJing, making music, and researching whatever catches my interest thoroughly. I handle sports, rec and travel for good time programming. My job basically entails handling the logistics, for all the cool, exciting GTP trips we'll be hosting this year. I look forward to seeing you all have a blast at our events this upcoming year."

Aidan is responsible for providing a wide selection of opportunities outside the University. These include but are not limited to sports events (e.g. Brewers games or Gamblers games), recreational activities (e.g. camping and horseback riding), and theater. The annual Chicago trip and Wisconsin Dells trip are also popular with students.

Kristy Heier-Strutz

Novelty Entertainment - Kristy Heier-Strutz

"Hello, my name is Kristy! I oversee Novelty Entertainment here at Good Times Programming. Currently, I am a senior studying studio arts. Crocheting, painting, printmaking and drawing are my absolute favorite art mediums. My favorite colors are forest green, purple and midnight blue. I love animals and I love nature. For part of novelty entertainment, you will have an opportunity to enjoy campus events like comedians, hypnotists and many other great opportunities that are in the plans for this school year. I am very excited to see each one of you enjoying our events!"

Novelty Entertainment hosts show-stopping entertainment such as comedians, magicians, hypnotists, psychics and more unique entertainment. This programmer books performers for GB Week in September, Ladies Night Out Comedy Celebration in the spring semester and a various novelties throughout the year.

Elizabeth Leander

Creative Expressions - Elizabeth Leander

"I'm a sophomore and a psychology major. I love to spend time with my friends and family but most importantly my two nieces. I'm a dog mom to a beautiful blue eyed cocker spaniel."

This programmer is responsible for providing opportunities to express yourself through creative and social outlets such as arts and crafts, dances and more. These include take-and-make activities, events like Baby It's Cold Outside, Grad Cap Decorating, Gravedancers Ball and collaborating at UWGB Nites.

Ry Pierce

Mindful Living - Ry Pierce

My name is Ry Pierce, and I am a junior at UWGB. I am a psychology major and education minor and hope to become a child psychologist! I love to read, write, play video games and hang out with my friends! A fun little fact about me is that I have two dogs who are my best friends."

The Mindful Living programmer brings health and well-being topics to help you throughout your time at UW-Green Bay and ease your way into the world of "adulting"! Event topics include physical and mental health (ex: study skills, meditation), healthy relationships (ex: consent), and life skills (ex: cooking, budgeting).

Olivia Soba

Communications Manager - Olivia Soba

"I am currently a senior at the university, majoring in marketing with a minor in communications. I am from Mayville, Wisconsin, and transferred to Green Bay after completing my freshman year at Edgewood College in Madison. I started at Good Times Programming at the start of the 2022-2023 school year as an Innovative Sounds Programmer, and now work as the Communications Manager!"

The Communications Manager is responsible for building campus awareness of the mission and purpose of GTP; informing students, faculty, staff and the media about the organization’s upcoming programming; and developing interest in GTP’s programming successes and achievements in student leadership. The Communications Manager is in charge of updating GTP events on campus calendars as well as table tents. Additionally, they create and publish information on all GTP social media platforms.

Adam is responsible for providing support to the General Manager and all members of the Good Times Programming board. He helps students take an idea and turn it into a reality while following guidelines set by the Student Engagement Center and the university.
